| Fantasy author Scot R. Stone is hard at work, typing his latest novel at his desk in his writing room. Scot's desk was made by Ashley Furniture, based out of his hometown of Arcadia, Wisconsin. "Having the perfect writing environment is everything to an author," Stone says, "right down to the carpet. Finding inspiration for ideas isn't hard for me, but keeping a drive to write every day can be a challenge. It's important I invest the same amount of energy into all areas of the craft, not just the novels. You can't expect to be successful by giving only half an effort. Reaching goals encompasses many aspects, including how we approach a profession." |
